Realtek 8822BE Wifi Bluetooth Network card solution (2020 updated)

This is one of those problematic network card that often used in mainstream laptops of certain brands, and either hit or miss for some of you.

If your laptop unfortunately falls into the "miss" categories, namely:

• Disconnects for 15mins or so
• Windows 10 told you "The default gateway is not available", or network not within range.
• Your Wifi list suddenly clears out, missing all the surrounding wifi networks

There are couples of things to solve this problem. 
Most were like "replace this with the intel card". But before that, I just don't get why some of the users have no problem with this card.

Am I just out of luck? What am I missing here?

So I did many tricks and tips from online, from switching drivers to older one (No, not recommending that. It bluescreened my laptop.) to power plan and shutting hotspot/autoconfig off, stuff like that.
Nothing seems like fixing it, until the below steps.

I actually ended up with a stable network without disconnecting issues now.

What's noticible about this issue:

• Some mentioned that this is a power plan issue where laptop turn off certain parts to save power.
• This Realtek 8822BE card functions two different features : Wifi and Bluetooth
• So power should not be cut for both of these parts.

Here are the steps that fixed mine:

1. Update to the latest driver.
2. Device manager -> Network Adapters -> Realtek 8822BE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-e NIC -> Right click "properties" -> Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
3. Device manager -> Bluetooth -> Realtek bluetooth Adapter -> -> Right click "properties" -> Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
4. Edit power plan -> Set Wireless network adapter's power saving mode to "Maximum performance" for both lines. If yours included bluetooth setting, set that too. (Not all laptop included this)
5. (Optional)Turn off Windows 10 "Hotspot 2.0"
6. Restart your laptop. It's done.

Yup. That's all I have done. And now my network is completely problem-free.
If you only did the network adapter part, it will still in the loop of disconnecting-gateway pain.
The bluetooth part is extremely important.

Aftermath in event viewer
After a few days of stable connection, I checked in event viewer, trying to figure out the changes.
After the WLAN autoconfig warning, the BTHUSB will show that it will not enter into "Low Energy controller state" due to our steps, and the wifi connection not be affected at all.

Conclusion
I believe what causes this is that when the bluetooth part of this card enter into low energy mode, it somehow also affect the voltage of the wifi part, which leads to the 8822be not have enough power supply and stopped the entire card completely.

No wonder why many solutions were talking about editing the power plan, including the hp/lenovo official forums.
Some were mentioning turning off the hotspot 2.0.
The problem definitely related to the power supply design for this card, problably something that a new firmware should be able to fix.
